$ on request On Hold
A great antique flat-weave attributed to the Sinanli tribe in the province of Malatya in Eastern Turkey. Woven in two narrow panels, like many nomadic tribal weavings, this handsome kilim has an unusual design, often found in smaller weavings such as storage bags (grain sacks) of this tribe. Brilliant natural dyes, lustrous wool and fine brocading work make this an excellent example of Anatolian kilim weaving tradition.
Condition & Remarks
Very well preserved, sturdy and clean
The panels can be separated and used as two runners.
