A simple old tribal rug from West-Central Turkey, woven with coarsely knotted tufts of angora goat hair (mohair), used to provide warmth and comfort. The piece is original, woven in three narrow panels that were dyed by dipping in separate colors.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean
