A lovely little tribal rug, woven with the lustrous hair of the Angora goat, also known as mohair, dyed in cheerful colors that faded with age. Such rugs were used as beds, blankets and wall covers to provide warmth and comfort in village homes.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean

Best suited to low traffic as it is a soft weaving
