A pair of lovely little tribal rugs from Central Turkey, woven with the lustrous hair of the Angora goat, also known as mohair, dip dyed in rare indigo color that faded beautifully with age. Such rugs were used as beds, blankets and wall covers to provide warmth and comfort in village homes.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean
