A sweet little old weaving from Southern Turkey in the "jijim" brocading technique - a beautifully composed design on a white cotton background. Very charming and intimate, it was clearly very special for its weaver, perhaps intended for personal use.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean

It is a sturdy weaving, but best suited to light traffic due to its light color - would also making an excellent wall hanging or table cover.
