An old tribal bag woven by one of the Baluch tribal groups who inhabit the border regions between Iran and Afghanistan. Such pieces were used either for storage and transport of personal belongings or grains, or stuffed to make cushions to lean against.

Nicely decorated with colorful tassels and woven with soft, lustrous wool, this is a beautiful tribal piece that can be used as a floor rug, a wall hanging or as a cushion.
