Flat-weave, with knotted tufts: wool, angora
A very large tribal cover by Kurds of Eastern Anatolia, woven in seven long and narrow bands and knotted with tufts of wool and angora. The bands were woven first and then dip-dyed, so there is uneven color saturation. Unusually large size. It can be used on both sides.
