An old rug from Central Turkey in the "tülü" tradition with soft and shaggy pile, woven entirely with hand-spun, un-dyed wool. This is a particularly good example of the type with good wool, great patina and real age - thick, dense and heavy - increasingly hard to find.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean
