A simple old tribal floor cover from Northern Iran, woven in three narrow panels, with alternating stripes of mostly naturally colored wool and some randomly applied red and orange. Tonal variations and irregular spacing of the stripes create a wonderful rhythm. Strikingly modern/minimalist look.
