An old blanket from Eastern Turkey, woven with the fine, soft hair of the indigenous angora goat, also known as mohair. An older example in rare large format, woven in four narrow panels, it can be used on the floor in low traffic, but perhaps better as a wall hanging, or a blanket as originally intended.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean
