- A great old Moroccan Berber carpet woven by the Beni Mguild tribes of the Central Middle Atlas Mountains, in deep emerald green, sprinkled with red knots, in generous proportions. In addition to their richly patterned, multi-colored carpets, the Beni Mguild have a strong tradition of weaving monochromatic pieces like this one. An exceptional example of the type.
