Flat-weave (kilim): goat hair, cotton rag
An old tribal flat-weave, woven with an ingenious mixture of goat hair and cotton rag in a surprising range of colors. It has generous proportions for this type. The rug consist of two panels - it was woven on a narrow loom as a long runner, cut in two halves and joined side by side, a common way for tribal weavers to make large size rugs.

Very well preserved, sturdy and clean
