A beautiful village rug from Central Turkey, woven in the shaggy "tulu" style, with silky, shiny Angora goat hair (mohair), featuring a whimsical interpretation of the well-known ascending arches design. The rug is very well preserved with great patina and intriguing colors. One of the best quality and most interesting examples of this type that we have come across recently.
